Our Second Son - Jeremy

I figured I would post as much as I can today as it may be days before I am able to get on the computer again. As most of you know Shane is already home with us and is a very ACTIVE and ENERGETIC 3 year old. On my days off, which are every other day, I have him and his 4 year old cousin, Nicholas. They adore each other but are in to everything and with it being Spring in Virginia, we are outside quite a bit.
Jeremy was born on Sunday, November 29, 1987 at 3:44 p.m. He and his brother are 5 1/2 years apart in age but were very close growing up. Jeremy is now 20 years old and just completed his Sophomore year at Liberty University. Both my adult sons love sports and both played soccer and basketball at United Christian Academy where they attended school. Here are several pictures of Jeremy on Homecoming night at UCA when he was voted Homecoming King. God blessed Jeremy with a wonderful senior year. In addition to his being voted Homecoming King, Jeremy scored the winning point at the final basketball game of season with .8 seconds (yes, less than 1 second) left in the game. Jeremy is a Christian and loves the Lord. It is my heart's desire that all my children become saved. As with John, we are also very proud of Jeremy. We are very thankful for all of our children and try never to forget that they are gifts from God. Gotta run for now as the two boys are climbing in and out of the play pen. For my next post, I will start the story of our journey to Shane.
